Human-Centred Design
Effective design starts with understanding people and the systems they interact with
I've applied human-centred design across complex, policy-rich environments—bringing together government, education, and community stakeholders to uncover lived experience, expose system barriers, and make services more responsive and effective.
Grounded in study with IDEO U in HCD, service design, and user experience, my work has spanned everything from reimagining frontline service models to supporting long-term strategic reform. I've contributed to research that shifts mindsets, shaped artefacts that unlock alignment, and facilitated design processes that navigate political, cultural, and operational complexity. Whether informing direction or making the invisible visible, I work at the intersection of insight, systems, and delivery.

With a background in education and a deep understanding of how people learn—grounded in neuroscience—I create learning experiences that help people absorb new ideas, make meaningful connections, and build the understanding needed to work in new ways.
I draw on proven learning principles to shape experiences that suit the context and the level of change required. That might mean delivering clear, targeted guidance—or co-creating learning with the people it's for. Either way, the goal is the same: learning that’s relevant, applied, and built to support real adoption.
Facilitation & Workshop Design
Great workshops don’t just happen—they’re strategically built.
With roots in education and the performing arts, I bring energy, structure, and clarity to the room—whether that room is physical or virtual.
The impact comes from more than just a good vibe. It’s about sequencing, flow, and activity design—knowing how to structure moments so people feel safe to contribute, challenged to think, and supported to move toward action. I use tools like Miro, MURAL, and Lucidchart to support that flow, helping people navigate complexity and make real progress. The result: sessions that shift thinking, align teams, and create shared momentum.
