I live in Far North Queensland, surrounded by rainforests, coral reefs, and endless beaches—a place that keeps me grounded and reminds me to stay real. I believe the best ideas come from being authentic, open, and adaptable.
From musical theatre to competitive sport, I’ve always thrived in fast-paced environments that push me to think on my feet and connect with people. A love for travel and new cultures has shaped how I approach innovation—embracing the unknown, challenging assumptions, and exploring fresh possibilities. Add in a strong sense of humour and a knack for bringing people together, and you’ve got someone who makes collaboration not just effective, but genuinely enjoyable.
About me

I help teams, businesses, and government navigate complex challenges, co-design strategies, and create solutions that put people at the centre.
My work blends research, facilitation, and design thinking to turn ambiguity into clarity—ensuring innovation is practical, purposeful, and meets real needs.
With a background in education, training, and business development, I bring a unique perspective to human-centred design. My deep understanding of human behaviour and how people learn helps me create strategies that not only work in theory but also make sense in practice—supporting teams in adopting new ways of thinking, working, and problem-solving. I’ve worked across industries, collaborating with teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, align stakeholders, and translate insights into action.
What I do
My Approach
There are many design approaches out there, but the Double Diamond resonates most with how I work.
It balances convergent and divergent thinking, allowing us to explore possibilities, refine ideas, and iterate solutions—always keeping people at the centre. For me, design isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about co-designing with teams and organisations, ensuring the process is collaborative, flexible, and leads to meaningful impact. You can read more about the Double Diamond on the Design Council website
